We had a leak in our powder room under the sink. Kevin from Superior called me shortly after I had contacted the company. He was here quickly and got the issue diagnosed quickly. He was friendly and professional and got right to diagnosing the issue. No complaints. I appreciated the fast and friendly service.

I was grossly overcharged to snake one sink. I am one month postpartum, and I feel because I was sleep deprived and by myself, I was taken advantage of. The worker also walked around the entire home, which was not required for the work being done. Please check the BBB reviews, not just the Google reviews. Edit: After much back and forth, Superior Plumbing refunded a portion of my payment.

After having work done by Superior plumbing I contacted multiple other plumbing companies about the cost of the repair. Superior plumbing charged double the price of other local plumbers. As if that wasn't enough I still don't have a receipt for the work done, and that was over 3 weeks ago. Contacted the company and they said a receipt will be issued, still waiting.

I spent majority of a Saturday morning phoning "emergency " plumbers just to be told they don't service Marmora or work weekends. When I reached out to Superior Plumbing they told me they would have a plumber out to me. I had barely sat down to wait when I got the call from Eric saying he would be at my home in 25 minutes.
