We called Superior Plumbing at 6:30pm and were given a plumber in under 24 hours. Andy, our plumber, phoned in advance to let us know of his arrive time. Right away, his communication was welcoming, clear and confident. When he arrived, he was thorough and informative and told us of all of our options. We highly recommend using his service.

I was very pleased with Adam. He was very pleasant and got the job done. The only problem was that he was supposed to be there 24 hrs prior to coming, but, in all fairness to Adam, it wasn’t his fault. There was an emergency which was beyond his control. But, I had to keep calling to find out if someone was still coming. I had to delay a trip to help my sister in the hospital for a day.
