The plumber arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the issue, ran a check to confirm and solved the problem.
I was grossly overcharged to snake one sink. I am one month postpartum, and I feel because I was sleep deprived and by myself, I was taken advantage of. The worker also walked around the entire home, which was not required for the work being done. Please check the BBB reviews, not just the Google reviews. Edit: After much back and forth, Superior Plumbing refunded a portion of my payment.
Kevin did an amazing job directing me on what needed to be done and I was able to fix the leak on my own we appreciate him helping us
