They were the 1st to respond to us and an appointment was set quickly. They assembled and installed my replacement toilet in a flash. A bit pricey but they did an awesome job and even took the old toilet away. It was worth the extra money! Good job.

My experiences with this company over the course of 5 visits were absolutely terrible. Their internal communication and over all work quality was so poor. We ended up calling a different company to come in and fix the flood that resulted a couple weeks later instead of having them come back in because I just can’t handle dealing with them any further. We’ve since had a really good experience Karmac plumbing if someone reads this and wants to avoid dealing with Superior.
