I want to warn others about my client’s recent experience with Superior Plumbing. My client is 80 years old, and this company charged her $706 upfront for a simple toilet installation. They also took her credit card number and later tried to collect another $700. Instead of sending a licensed plumber, they sent a salesperson who stayed at her home for over two hours, made her uncomfortable, and pressured her into signing paperwork she did not understand. Not a local company. They have sponsored adds saying they are local on on Google. They tricked my aunt into thinking they are a local company. Made her sign a service contract (She has Dementia) they said they won't give her a refund and going to try and keep 25% of the money they gave her upfront. They also quoted a toilet replacement at $1700 and an actual local plumber is going to complete the job for $600. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!
