When our heat pump stopped blowing cold air just ahead of a heat wave, we didn't exactly want to wait around and sweat it out. Matthew was able to make it over and diagnose the problem a full two days before any competitors were able to fit us in, and he had an order in for the necessary repairs within the hour. Called Superior in the morning. They had someone at our place within a couple hours. Hunter called us about half an hour before coming. He arrived and was extremely friendly and professional. He solved our plumbing issue very quickly, and the work was perfect. We will definitely be calling Superior again given this fantastic level of service.
