There's a $150 visit fee that gets waived if you accept the job. Simple shut-off valve replacement for waterline costs $650+HST. They had to come back because initially installed the wrong valve that was not to code. Found out that other local companies charge around $200-250 for the same job. Was able to get $330 back after complaining and agreeing to take down my initial one-star review. Beware of their pricing scheme.

I was so stressed and upset about my plumbing issues. I called superior late on a Sunday and they immediately took my call and answered all of my questions. They sent someone quickly to take a look and give a fair quote. Adam was courteous, patient and amazing! I immediately felt comfortable and positive they would resolve the issue and get my water back. He even called me afterwards to check on things and make sure I was happy with the work! Highly recommend.

Be careful, this is not a local company! I was looking for the local plumbing company with which I'm familiar in LaSalle, and mistakenly called this number. It was connected to a team out of Toronto, who refused to answer my questions about whether or not I had reached the correct business. They were pushy and would not be forthright. Not the type of service I know and can count on locally.
