This company offers $$ for 5 star reviews. I think its unethical and taints the review system. The plumber came to run a camera in my wastewater pipes. To be fair, he was punctual, kind and professional and explained what we were seeing as the camera passed through. However, though he promised a written report and a copy of the videos later the same day, I didn't receive them until 5 days later. On the positive side, they responded quickly to my second online request for service. Other than than, their prices are extremely high. They sent someone to help us with multiple clogs in our plumbing system, and I don't feel like the person was really listening to what I was saying. They managed to unclog the drain of our washer, but a day later it was clogged again. The company was fast, showed up the same day as my call, the tech immediately stated the machine couldn't be fixed, without any diagnostics.. just from the sound of the blower motor and stating that the machine was too old. The tech in

Rick took the time to introduce himself at the beginning. Was on time, very friendly and polite. We saw a difference in our A/C automatically. Also, the company was very flexible and gave us an appointment the same day (it was a very hot day!!!). Highly recommend superior plumbing.
