The 5 star reviews they have are definitely false. I wanted someone local for this job and they lied, they are not based out of fort erie the employees are from Toronto, Hamilton and Cambridge. They did not complete the job I asked for. I paid thousands of dollars. They took my money in advance and then in the end said they could not deliver but wouldn’t give me a refund or even a partial refund for not being able to deliver what the service and solution they promised me. I am so impressed and thankful for Kurtis. I spent a couple days trying to find a plumber who would be honest, KIND and actually help me with my plumbing issues and am so happy I found Kurtis and Superior Plumbing! I would recommend him to everyone and hoping for no more plumbing issues but will definitely be calling him back if I do!! Thank you soooo much Kurtis it was truly appreciated!!

During the deep freeze days last week, we ended up having a home plumbing emergency and looked for someone to come help. Fortunately, we had Cole from Superior Plumbing come out to support us - on the same day - when we were available. He took the time to make sure he understood what was going on and then explained it to us. I'm thrilled with the service I received today! Kurt's was friendly, fast, efficient and tidy! He was in and out in half an hour and came when I expected him to. He explained everything in a manner that I was easily able to understand and was respectful of me and my home. I will recommend any friend or family member to this company in the future. We reached out to Superior Plumbing after our basement flooded. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and send someone out. Bruce came to our home to evaluate. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated all his advice and thorough feedback.
