If I could choose a lower rating I would. I used the Google reviews to narrow down a company for plumbing services, and the ones for Superior Plumbing lead me astray. 12/27/25 We booked a 9am-1pm time slot, and by 12:30 no word from anybody. I called and they said they were running late but will be there by 3pm. At that time I clarified on the phone that whoever was coming was brining tools and would be able to help. 2:30pm rolls around not a peep. Called again and they said someone would be by in an hour. Tyler was an amazing Plumber to deal with. Inspected the situation and took the time to explain the problem to us and what was needed to correct it. Gave us different options to consider and quoted us prices to have the work done. He even took the time to show a picture of the toilet he had in mind for our bathroom on his Cell phone. Came back when he said he would , along with another Plumber to help with the work and they did a wonderful job of taking out the old toilet and installing a new one. Great service from start to finish. Superior Plumbing and Heating answered my call professionally and had a plumber at my door within 2 hours. Work was completed the same day as the quote. Live savers!

Had an issue with my furnace where it would start and stop instantly. Called Superior, and a nice tech named Lucas showed up the same day. Diagnosed my issue and fixed it the same day. Thank you for the speedy service!
