If I could choose a lower rating I would. I used the Google reviews to narrow down a company for plumbing services, and the ones for Superior Plumbing lead me astray. 12/27/25 We booked a 9am-1pm time slot, and by 12:30 no word from anybody. I called and they said they were running late but will be there by 3pm. At that time I clarified on the phone that whoever was coming was brining tools and would be able to help. 2:30pm rolls around not a peep. Called again and they said someone would be by in an hour. We had Nick from superior plumbing and heating come by to take a look at our copper pipe that was damaged. Great work and a great professional! Would recommend.
Matthew did a great job helping us with our plumbing issues. He stayed late to get the job done after it became clear that the issue was bigger than initially expected.
Kurtis was great, he explained everything really well and walked me through my plumbing issues at my cottage home. He helped me get the water functioning again!
