Called to get a kitchen faucet fixed, I was told an visit $100 + tax, that ended up to be $169.00. Next price quoted was so outrageous, I would have to apply for a loan. Part of that price was $300, for shutoff valves to bring it up to code. Yet see pictures, they are there. ⭐ 1 star We contacted Superior Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. A technician came to our home, but he did not inspect the sink, run water, or check the pipes. Based only on a short conversation, he gave two options: • Using a snake for almost $800 • Flushing the kitchen line for $2,600 We declined because no diagnostic work had been done. Absolutely horrible service. Cancelled on me three times right before Christmas at the last minute. Made up an excuse of the roads were bad when we haven’t had snow or rain in 4 days!

1 star ¡¡¡SCAM COMPANY THAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!. SCAM BUSINESS. ABUSIVE PRICES. OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE. All their answers could have answered by phone. We had a very disappointing experience with Superior Plumbing. My husband contacted the company and was told a technician would arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. I waited at home from 11:00 a.m. onward. I requested a quote to replace roughly 6 feet of copper water pipe and add 2 on/off valves under the kitchen sink, plus one valve at the hot water tank as there was not one there. The quote was $1700 for parts and labor plus tax. I refused the quoted price and was charged their standard $170 inspection fee. It sucks to be out that much money for a 5 minute visit.
