Very quick service. William was thorough, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We chose not to proceed with the proposed work (because of cost) but we were offered payment plans, flexibility, etc. Our choice to hold off on the work had nothing to do with the plumber or company.

Kurtis provided excellent customer service! Informed me of all details and gave options. Decided what was best for me and the day he came he knew I was juggling a busy day and was done the so fast I was shocked. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This team did a great job in coordination and speed noting we had a toilet issue along with a pump issue with one of our toilets. Fast and effective and great team. Cheers Douglas, Brian, and Douglas. The service techs.

Alvin and Christian came even earlier than expected to my emergency call. They were polite and efficiently went about their business in my dungeon of a basement. They worked quickly to investigate my plumming problem, and kept me informed of each step in their process. While it was bad plumbing news for me, they retained their professional demeanor throughout the two hours spent in my home. I would recommend them to anyone in the Port Hope area.
