Superior Plumbing & Heating in Caledon quickly came out to inspect our well issue and found that the pump had failed. They had the replacement pump in stock, the office provided a quote right away, and the team completed the replacement the same day. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and politely. The price was on the higher side, but having water restored the same day was absolutely worth it.

So far, the experience has been pretty disappointing. I was given a service window to have a plumber come to my home, which I made sure to be available for, but the time came and went with no one showing up. I didn’t receive any call, update, or communication. I’ve since tried calling and texting multiple times and haven’t gotten any response. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. Hoping this gets resolved, but based on this experience, it hasn’t been great so far.

Paid $170 to get a quote on a laundry room sink install and 3 ft of pipe replacement at a cost of $4500. Once fooled, yada yada yada. Disgusting ripoff. Watch out for the bot written 5 star reviews. Actually got the work done for $350. Think about that for a second.

Grossly overcharged. We called, they came quickly but in the stress of it they made my husband sign papers —without being able to comparison shop. For example, I needed a new sub pump, which, the most expensive one in Home Depot is $300.00. He did it in under 30 minutes. Usually you’d pay by the hour… usually $150/hr MAX. (Actually, I looked it up, plumbers make $43/hr in Ontario.) But this place, they overcharge with their one price offer. I can't say enough about Brian and Superior Plumbing. Of course our sump pump decided to quit over night after the crazy weather April 2nd, 4:00am in the morning we were pumping water to stave off a basement flood. Called Superior Plumbing's 24/7 number and by 10:30am Brian arrived, inspected the situation made some suggestions and we were under repair.
