We had a stubborn clog in the main bathroom that no amount of plunger work could fix. Paul came over and used a snake to clear it out completely in less than 30 minutes. He was very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers, which was a nice touch. Great service and fair pricing for a job well done.
Recently our shower was in desperate need of assistance. The mixing valve was malfunctioning and we were unable to remedy the situation. Enter Superior Plumbing & Heating. Their response to my inspection inquiry online was swift and helpful. The technicians they sent (for both inspection and work) were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and quick! Brian did a magnificent job! I would highly recommend them for any home need. Superior pricing, superior workers; Superior Plumbing.
Overpriced quote and consultation fee I didn’t hire Superior Plumbing after the quote, which was very high for the issues I had (blown wax ring, running toilet, seized shower handle). The technician did come and assess the job, but the pricing felt inflated, and I didn’t get a clear breakdown of parts and services. I ended up paying a $150 consultation fee, even though I didn’t proceed with the work. I don’t plan to use or recommend this company again.
Adam came out to our house when we were in a pinch with our toilet tank not filling. He showed up, was very informative and such a kind guy to deal with. He explained our options and the pros and cons of each, which I very much appreciated. Within 30 minutes the job was done and we were back in business. All around an amazing experience, would absolutely recommend and will hire again!
Superior Plumbing was awesome start to finish. My toilet was completely messed up and it drove my wife crazy. They came the same day and the licensed plumber was so good. Work was completed the same day. Wife’s happy I'm happy. My go to from now on
