We had a seamless experience with the installation of our shallow well pump, thanks to Cedric, a professional and punctual plumber. The pump is working great, and we appreciate the excellent service provided by Superior Plumbing and Heating. It was worth every penny and minute.
Asked them to come by and provide a quote for replacing and outdoor spigot which was leaking and not working properly. They were able to come quickly (hence the 2 stars), however, they quoted me $1250 to replace it as well as about 4ft of piping they said needed replacement. I appreciate skilled labor is expensive and am happy to pay for quality work, however, I asked around and several other plumbers quoted this job at ~$150. Will offer to take the $175 "inspection fee" off the job price once you agree to the services but then quote you 4 times as much as another plumber once you're on the hook for the $175. I called these guys ( I already had the small leak exposed as I cut the drywall out for easy visibility) They quote me $850 for 1 shut off valve and after I complain they drop it to $650.
