Asked them to come by and provide a quote for replacing and outdoor spigot which was leaking and not working properly. They were able to come quickly (hence the 2 stars), however, they quoted me $1250 to replace it as well as about 4ft of piping they said needed replacement. I appreciate skilled labor is expensive and am happy to pay for quality work, however, I asked around and several other plumbers quoted this job at ~$150. My plumber was Eric. He was here,in afternoon of my call, to repair my completely clogged drain. He is very friendly, polite and respectful of his clients. Eric explained what he was doing, how he was fixing it and estimated his cost before he started. When his work was completed the repair area was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him for plumbing repairs and service.

I was told that they would be at my home between 11: and 2 and did not call or show up. I called and they then said that they would be at my home the next dat between 11 and 2 again no call and never showed up! Awful customer service
