Alvin and Christian (the installers) did a really good job. They tried to clean up after but didn't break their own cleaning supplies and had to use my own personal items. Overall though, professional and courteous. Only (big) issue was the initial salesman who came in and tried to oversell services and when asked for justification, he just said, "trust me". None of the oversold recommendations were necessary for the problem and ended up overpaying for a much simpler job which took over a month to get a refund. I cannot un... read more

I had a great experience with Kurtis today. My water softener was leaking, we shut it off and waited about a month before we called for service. Kurtis came on time, ended up finding no issue but ran several tests to ensure proper function before he left. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with!

Kurtis did a great job once he arrived (had some van trouble so we were delayed a day). Well worth the wait however as he quickly attempted to solve the problem with our drain and when he was unable to he was able to get us information on next steps and pricing quickly. He even scheduled us in on a saturday morning (with a different set of guys) and they did the job in about an hour instead of the original 3h estimate. We are thankful for round-the clock team!
