Razaq did an amazing job. Very professional, communicated well and did the repairs in a quick and professional manner. Drew and christan came into repair leaky faucet, another great experience.
Alvin and Christian (the installers) did a really good job. They tried to clean up after but didn't break their own cleaning supplies and had to use my own personal items. Overall though, professional and courteous. Only (big) issue was the initial salesman who came in and tried to oversell services and when asked for justification, he just said, "trust me". None of the oversold recommendations were necessary for the problem and ended up overpaying for a much simpler job which took over a month to get a refund. I cannot unde... read more
