Your doucher Derek kept disconnecting my call between 530pm-540pm on June 5th 2025, after I asked about the staff who come to do the work. I called 4 times. Check your call logs. When I called from my work. He picked up. Fire that little jerk. He's making you lose business. Its not his little playground.

Reard was clear and concise with his explanation of the problem and possible steps to fix our issue (backed up kitchen sink). We tried DIY first with a snake and were unsuccessful. We opted for a permanent solution, which was more costly, but you always end up spending the same amount over the long run, and we do not want to have to go through this again.
