Reard was clear and concise with his explanation of the problem and possible steps to fix our issue (backed up kitchen sink). We tried DIY first with a snake and were unsuccessful. We opted for a permanent solution, which was more costly, but you always end up spending the same amount over the long run, and we do not want to have to go through this again.
