My family has used Superior Plumbing for many years in the Gonzales area. They have always taken care of us and we rely on them for any type of plumbing knowledge or assistance with our projects. They have helped us figure out plumbing problems that we could take care of ourselves and have been on call and available to show up to help us with larger plumbing problems and projects. I phoned Superior Plumbing a week ago with an emergency. I found them in the BBB with a 4 star rating. The lady who answered my call said she'd get somebody to call me right away. Needless to say, I finally got the call 7 days later to find out if I still needed help. ARE YOU KIDDING ME........ My rating for them is a BIG FAT F.
