After damaging my right shoulder I was sent to Superior Physical Therapy. They signed me up for 4 weeks of PT, three times a week. I was skeptical about all this at first, but I can say that by the end of my time I was MUCH better and now I have personalized exercises which I continue to do every day to keep me limber. The only philosophy they seem to have is "move to improve", which I really appreciate.
