This man claims to be a painter, but he doesn't even know that you need to put two coats of a paint, whether it covers or not, when changing a sheen. Now everywhere he painted eggshell it is flashed and hat tricked EVERYWHERE. He also primed walls with a mixture of oil and latex paint, when asked about this he seemed to be surprised one was oil and one was latex, as he continued to use it.
