My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I was taken back to an exam room and told to watch an informational video while waiting. I ended up accidentally falling asleep and woke up around noon, confused as to why I had already been waiting two hours just for my intake exam. The blonde assistant who walked me back was extremely rude. She argued back, and repeatedly told me, "Well, you can leave or stay, it's up to you."
