If I could leave them less than 1 star I would. Zero customer service. Not a call before they come out, not a text, not a time range, nothing. When they deliver, they don't leave a receipt, call, text, nothing. It's as if customer interaction is an alien concept to them. Good way to chase away business. I received call from my sister in law who had her boiler serviced by them four days ago. They had to come back yesterday to start the boiler, I’m not sure why. Today when her heat went off last night they told her she needs a new oil filter. Now shouldn’t that be replaced when a boiler is serviced? But the best part is they told her she has to go to Home Depot and buy one, and they’ll install it. Meanwhile the house is down to 51 degrees. If I wasn’t working today I’d go replace it myself and get her a new oil supplier

Well where to start with a company I used to have so much respect for? Owner of the company giving me their WORD they won't give me a problem when I go to collect after they give me the "option" to go work at another location because their service manager's son is getting hired to fill my position. Not surprised as it's played out similarly with multiple employees they decide to quietly push out over health issues. When Superior bought previous oil company they inspected my oil tank. Surprisingly they said both of my tanks were bad. Because I used to work in the industry I knew they weren't. We had the service person who had worked for the previous oil company inspect them and both tanks were found to be fine. I've switched to a new oil company and they inspected all the equipment and said it was fine. It's hard to do business with someone when you lose trust.
