I have had several good experiences here. Recently we took my mother's car in for an air conditioning problem that should be under warranty. The advisor told me there would be a fee if they did not find duplicate the problem, which was the case. While travelling out of town the problem was discovered by another dealer and was repaired under warranty. I went back in to show the advisors that it should have been warranty, they reviewed the info and refunded my money as it fell within the warranty program. This was not an easy ... read more
