The service team was incredible they did everything they could to help us get my truck fixed. We ended up having to figured out other means of transportation for our road trip to continue, but while we were away they kept us updated and were able to fix the truck. Without their assistance and care we wouldn’t have been able to go on our trip, we are incredibly grateful!
I worked with Dhruvin and honestly, the experience was fantastic. He adapted to my changes and recommended a few great options that ultimately ended in my decision to get a new Rogue. During the pick up process he was very patient and explained everything very well. All in all I’d certainly recommend working with him for your next vehicle!
I went right into the lot of Sault Nissan and Dhruvin came out to assist immediately and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I had no idea really what I was looking for but he was a major help I highly suggest anyone looking for a vehicle at Sault Nissan to talk to Dhruvin! Even after picking up the vehicle he sat with me and went through all the features and left it as open contact incase I needed assistance or if I had any questions! 10/10 Very much love my new car!
