I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a horrible experience — all in just 2 minutes at this nail shop. I’ve never had a technician tell me that I needed to remove my nails just to get a refill. Now I see why there’s not much cash flow in these nail shops in Shreveport, LA — they clearly lack real experience. If I’m paying for a service, I expect you to do everything in your power to satisfy the customer. In over 15 years of getting my nails done, I’ve never experienced anything like this. Just horrific.
This place is amazing Ben did my toes and it was PHANEMOAL! Would recommend
