I called asking for the price of the exact basic full set (size, color) I wanted just to get there and the price was raised $15 more, when getting them done it burned badly and I was cut by the drill 5 times. The nail tech also smooched a bug that was crawling on the desk by us with the same rag/mat my nails were placed on. The nails are nothing like the picture I showed.. I’m genuinely disappointed
Please Be Advised Superior Nails & Spa has demonstrated extremely deceptive business practices. I visited this morning for a pedicure and a fill-in. I was originally quoted $65 for the pedicure—which I felt was high, but I still agreed to. I was also quoted $50 for a basic fill-in, which again seemed high, but I accepted. What I did not agree to was an additional $30 fee that was never disclosed until it was time to pay. This fee was supposedly for asking the nail tech to correct a mistake she made. They don't have a set list which is strange for a nail establishment. I believe that they over charge the customs. They even wanted to charge me for a matte finish top coat on my nails. Ridiculous. My fist and last time.
