Really good customer service, from the start to the finish. We browsed the internet looking for professional movers, and received estimates from 3 moving companies. Superior sent us a 4-man crew tomove some stuff from a single-family house into a3 BR apartment last week and they were fantastic! Had set it up withLaurenin the office and all went exactly as planned - and it cost exactly what they said it would. The guys were nice guys and definitely knew all about moving. I have used Superior Moving now on three occasions and all of the moves were flawless. They were very friendly and efficient. Our last move was to Texas, they sent 3 men to pick up our items and storage them for a few weeks. The move out was just delivered last week. Robert and DB did a great job on the delivery. They kept in touch with us and once they arrived they placed everything were we wanted. All around a great service, definitely highly recommended!

The four movers Superior Moving sent to our home were PHENOMENAL. They spent a considerable amount of time communicating with me and understanding what the job entailed and how we needed it to be completed. Once they got started they got right down to business and wrapped all of our furniture with moving blankets. They were very respectful of our items and got the job done in a timely manner. One of the main reasons I chose Superior Moving & Storage was they had an on site estimator come out and give me an estimate FOR FREE. Many companies wanted to do the estimate over the phone, which made me suspicious to using them. Superior Moving gave me everything in writing at the time of the estimate and I really felt comfortable using them. We have moved a bunch of times, and have been relocated by our corporate headquarters over a dozen times in the last 15 years. One of my employees referred me to Superior Moving and Storage when my son was ready to move to college in North Carolina. These guys did a great job... They showed up on time and seemed very eager to work. My son's belongings got there a few days after they picked it up, and we were met with the same positive attitude from the pick-up day. I highly recommend using Superior Moving Storage location. The customer service of Stacey and the staff was excellent. All of the other staff was very friendly, helpful, loyal & trustworthy. Superior Moving was very knowledgeable and accurate of the space needed to accommodate my property. We placed our items in Storage over a year ago.
