Superior Moving moved me about 6 months ago. They did a great job. The office manager called me a few days after to make sure everything went well, which I thought was a nice touch. Very friendly company, I would definitely use them again.

They were an hour late showing up to my house, but I heard on the news there was an accident on the turnpike so that's possibly why. Other than that minor bump everything else was very satisfactory. I would give them four and a half stars because the traffic was out of their hands. If they would have called to say they were running late I would have given the full 5 stars.

I've never hired professional movers before so I didn't really know what to expect but the staff at Superior Moving guided me along every step. Originally I called to have my stuff moved into public storage units but they talked me into storing my things at their warehouse instead. I stopped by their office to look at their warehouse and it was much larger than I expected. It was also not like a regular storage unit. They use wooden crates and forklifts. As a college student I was a little nervous about being able to afford professional movers. When I called Superior, they offered to do an estimate that would give me a set price or they offered me hourly rates. I opted for the hourly rates. I figured worst case scenarios they could do all the big stuff and I could go back for all the small things when we started to reach the end of my budget. When I began the process of looking for a moving company I did what every other person in America does....I googled. A bunch of them popped up so I started filtering through the reviews. All of the companies I found had an average mix of good and bad reviews until I came across Superior Moving and Storage. They had very few bad reviews and way more positive ones. Great price and great service. They came in under 2 other companies I interviewed and higher than 1 other. The estimator gave off great vibes and I was almost tempted to give her a deposit before she left but I knew my wife would flip if I did it without getting her opinion first. Very glad I found them.

My husband may have already written a review for this company but I don't see it anywhere so I am going to leave my two cents. This moving company did fantastic. When they left I was very impressed with the whole process. One of my night stands was damaged in the middle of the move, but I would still hire them again. If only one thing from a 5 bedroom home was damaged I'd say I'm still ahead of the game! Awesome job!

I can't speak for the storage part but I can definitely vouch for the moving part. In December they came out to my house and looked at all of my stuff and gave me a price quote. Well, they gave me 2 actually. One of them included their packing services which I desperately wanted but was out of my budget. I packed everything myself and saved the money. My move was a little complicated and they handled it with ease. I moved to a very large home in parkland from a smaller apartment in Coral Gables. I had a alot of furniture in a self storage facility and they were able to pick that stuff up for me on the way to parkland. There were also a few items from the storage unit that belonged to my daughter and they were able to deliver those items to her as well. I love how Superior Moving handled this with not so much as one complaint from the men. They are fantastic movers.
