And the troglodyte Theresa is a rude pig who needs an attitude adjustment! SLOOOOOOOW stupid drunk movers that aren’t licensed and bonded!!! Stay away!!!!!!
We asked Superior Movers of San Antonio to move a refrigerator from the outside of the house to the inside of the house. We agreed on $259 (yes, I know we were desperate) then they asked for an additional $100 to hold the appointment! ( yes, Sucker is written on my forehead) The $100 was to be refunded to my credit card. It has never been refunded even after several conversations with their office help. Please go elsewhere, there’s lots of movers out there with great customer service.
These movers were great!! They showed up on time and we're ready to move us ASAP. Whenever I called this moving company they were very friendly and they were very professional and gave me an awesome cheap moving rate. These movers showed up on time there were ready to work to different task of job moving all my furniture when I Call the office the staff with very nice and helpful. These movers showed up and wrapped everything did it a great job moving my stuff in my family had a very stress free move all because of these movers they did a great job I am very happy that I chose them. This moving company was very professional and very affordable with cheap moving prices. When they arrive they did a great job dissembling all of our furniture and they packed all of our stuff in boxes very carefully I am very glad I chose this moving company I am glad I will be calling them again they were Out standing and professional. I called around many moving companies in San Antonio Texas. And I found this moving company they were awesome they showed up on time and they did a wonderful job moving all of my belongings wrapping all my furniture carefully unwrapping and unpadding at the end. Wow I am so Happy I chose this moving company they are by far the best movers in San Antonio Texas. They arrived on time and they wrapped all my furniture exactly how they're supposed to on their website. I am very pleased With this moving company and their office staff I can't express how happy in how thankful I am. Worst of the worse! This move was a transfer move from a 12x30 unit (full from top to bottom & stated to Crystal) to 2-12x30 units at the same location (storage facility). Easy move! NOT! And dealing w/Crystal was horrible. All she could do was blame us for everything b/c we didn't do this, or explain how much stuff, just everything. And trying to talk w/her, you couldn't even finish talking b/c she wouldn't listen. Horrible customer service. THESE MOVERS SHOWED UP ON TIME! I couldn't believe that they took such good care of my belongings and charged less than expected! Thes Movers went beyond what was promised and they gave us a cheap moving rate. They even helped setting up the bedroom, unwrapping all the furniture, and setting up our marble dining table. Definitely recommend this affordable moving company in san antonio.
