Sadly, I have a poor experience I’d like to share about the service department at this location. BEWARE! I had been taking my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander to these guys since I bought the vehicle used from another dealership about 2 years ago. I have never had an issue with the work done to my vehicle including needing a new exhaust manifold not too long after purchasing the car, which I’ve had no issue since. This place sold me a used Kia that was supposed to have been suitable for sale however since I've had it - I have done laid out over 3k in repairs even down to my oil burning & somehow my oil light was tampered with bc it never came on. Had to find a reputable mechanic. They knew this even left that the car was stolen and marks ro prove it..They prayed on 2 innocent women that walked in their doors....Beware!!!
1 year ago today I purchased an Audi from these guys and was going to wait to see how my car was a year later. I love my car and it was one of the best deals I have done in my life. I was struggling BAD with PTSD and anxiety and was in a very dark place. Not only did Ken sell me a car , his manager Joey probably saved my life and he will never know it until today. I really believe they are good people here. Thank you.
