trash. scam. they changed their name to car castle and relocate to 250-01 Jericho Turnp, queens I trade my car with them on October 2018 they didn't payoff the loan till now,my bank had to reposits the car , we found it by police throughout in NJ, and they sold it to someone fraudulently.
I purchased a C300 from Certified Select Motors which they claim that superior is there parent company. They advertise cars with no damage no accident fully loaded. When I had a professional outside of this place look at the car he said 100% its been in an accident. Also the car was missing NAVI and Back up camera. The individuals I've delt with were Mark and Fahran. Both who made promises that have yet to be kept. They don't provide carfax report for the cars they sell!! i was interested in one of the cars they have for sale, i called them and the guy on the phone was very rude and explained that no report available, so i have decided to pay for the report, found out the car was involved in an accident with Severe damage!! that explain everything!! also they wanted me to pay $3000 extra over the price listed because i wasn't financing the car!!
This is an updated review, I thought the guy here was really trying to work with me, however I found out from DMV, that the repairs that this company said were made on my vehicle never happened. I wasted my time, gas and money to travel to drop my car off for a repair that was NEVER done. I would give no stars if I could. Called to go check out a car as I live 4hrs away. My best friend who is also my landlord works on long island so I asked him to check out car for me. So I didn't have to make multiple trips 4hrs away. I called to tell the guy my friend was stopping down to check out the car. Told me he needed a down payment for test drive or run your credit.
