LOOK NO FURTHER. These guys are great! Our heater went out at ~9pm on a Sunday. Nobody else is even close to being open at this hour, so I called and by 10pm, they had made a house call and identified the problem. They came back the next morning with the new parts and were done very quickly. They were also able to get our fireplace working - which hasn't worked since we moved in 2 years ago. Very fair pricing, great attitude, and response times.
Ryan and Leah with SMSI are amazing! I called them when my furnace was not working and they were to my house literally 20 minutes later. Ryan was thorough and quick to diagnose the issue. He did a great job rewiring and replacing the parts I needed and now my furnace not only works again, but runs better than it has since we moved in 5 years ago. Ryan and Leah run a very caring and honest business and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
Honest and the best customer service! He does what he says and more! Ryan is so awesome!!!
