We get to our cabin and the AC is out. So we call Superior at 7:55am and someone actually answered. The person on the phone was very kind and supportive. They said a tech could get to our home between 12 and 2pm that same day. We were excited to hear that. Then, the tech actually showed up at 10am. In what world does that happen. Kyle did an amazing job being quick and efficient, solving the problem in no time and giving suggestions on what to do if a similar situation happens in the future. He also was one of the friendliest service people that I’ve met and was so personable. Will definitely be calling again as service needs arise!
Highly recommend Kyle the technician. He was very informative and answered every question that we had. Extremely friendly and wonderful to work with.
