Don't waste your money with this Guy. I wasted a days labor for two men trying dig around and find a pipe that was not where he said it was. He told us the pipe was 3 feet down. We dug down 6 feet and could not fine anything.
This company is supposed to return to my job site to see if they can locate the leak that was supposed to be where he located. When I cut concrete and dug down the leak wasn’t there. One day wasted and money wasted Let’s see if they return to see if they can honor what I paid for “ A LEAK DETECTION” and Jan the owner was not helpful with scheduling Al the Technician. So far this Company SUCKS!!!!! And I paid $450!!!!! Worst experience so far with a leak detection company.
Used as a subcontractor, terrible results. Located lines incorrectly, did not know how to use equipment properly. Took long breaks, worked very slow. Found 2 phantom leaks that were not found when dug up. Hired another company to finish the job properly at significant extra cost.
Worse experience!! Like previous reviews they identified leaks that didn’t exist. Called a plumber and they fixed the leak in the opposite area of the home. When I called the company and told them they preceded to yell at me and said it was my fault!!!! It is a Waste of your money if you choose to do business with Superior Leak Dectection........you have been warned!!!!!!!!
Do not hire this company as they have no idea of what they are doing and do not stand by there work. After coming out three times and saying there were leaks in the underground piping after exposing the pipes no leaks were found. When asked about giving a credit for the misdiagnoses and causing labor charges to occur for a crew to dig up the floor and expose the pipes they totally refused. A complete rip off.
