DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner is rude and obnoxious. After servicing my home for 10+ years, he decides he wants "nothing to do with my system." Says that all of a sudden it's not to NJ code (even though he's been servicing for 10+ years). When asked for a quote to re-do the system, he hung up on me, AND my wife. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
This company Stinks!! Customer Service is Horrid!! For two years in a row they left a valve open on my system during "Spring Turn-On" resulting in my having water bills of over $800 each time. The owner refuses to acknowledge their wrong doing. He is flat out obnoxious and boorish. My advice to all is to stay away from them if you would like to have a good customer service experience.
