Super rude, unprofessional. We missed one appointment due to family urgency and asked owner to reschedule. He charged us for not showing up and refused to perform service. We decided not to hire him again. As others said, there are other sprinkler companies who are humble and more economical.
Despite other bad reviews, I gave this service a chance. The two men were on time, professional, and gave helpful advice. The charges were reasonable as I had 2 broken sprinklers and something else broken where the system exits the house. I highly recommend.
Recently moved to the suburbs we’ve had many different types of companies & their workers over at the house these last few months to complete various tasks. All experiences have been positive except this one. This company is incompetent, careless, expensive, & lacks basic communication abilities. We dug a bit & found several better options for sprinkler care.
We have been using Superior since 2010 when they installed our system. Harold can be a bit gruff, but he’s a nice guy. They are always on time and are great with repairs, opening and winterizing the system. I highly recommend them.
