With nothing more than a vision and passion to create nice landscapes, I started Superior Lawn Care and Landscaping in 1992. Since that time, I have expanded my knowledge in landscaping and have been or currently are licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified Nurseryman, Commercial Chemical Applicator, Certified Backflow Inspector and Licensed Irrigator.

RecommendedOur backyard had a major drainage issue - it held water for days after a big rain. Eric and his team at Superior Lawn Care did an outstanding job installing a drainage system, tying in my existing gutters/downspouts, regrading the backyard and laying St. Augustine sod. Not only were they affordable, they were fantastic to work with. I look forward to working with them in the future on other projects!
Eric, the owner, came to my house and spent about an hour with us planning our new landscape and water sprinkler system. He said he would get back with us with an estimate. We never heard from him again. My husband and I both have tried to contact him and he refuses to return our calls. Not a smart move for the owner of the company to do. Very rude and very unprofessional. This is the kind that will start a job and never finish it. Beware!!
My wife and I got 3 different quotes to have a sprinkler system installed, one being Superior Lawn Care and Landscaping. The other 2 quotes were less but Eric, owner, took his time to go over everything about the sprinkler system and what to expect when giving me the quote. The other 2 companies showed up said it'll be this much and left. I had a good feeling about Eric and his company so my wife and I decided to go with them. I'm glad we did! The time he took to go over everything weighed heavily on our decision.
Everything was wonderful with the estimate and install. One month after my sprinklers were put in I called needing my sprinkler heads adjusted as they were not popping up high enough to actually water anything. I have called many times and left many voicemails. None of which have been returned, I have spoken to the lady in the office assuring me she will pass the message to the owner to schedule a time to come out. I retract previous review, as this company did not install my system, I have talked to Eric and he seems like a genuine person and it was a misunderstanding on my part.
I wish there were more stars I could use to rate this company., because we had such a great experience with Superior Lawn Care. Eric responded to my inquiry about a landscaper and the next day he was at our house. His drawings and plans were great and we understood exactly what we were getting. He definitely knows everything there is about landscaping, drainage, sprinkler repair, landscape lighting etc... We just recently had a pool installed and we needed the works done!
