My team is responsible for maintenance in the landscape for a condo community and was getting prices estimate and bids from different companies. This was the only company that was unprofessional and gave 3 times the price that other companies were giving. Further inquiry regarding why the estimates were so high resulted in the most cavalier and apathetic response.
