Our experience with Astorg Hyundai has been deeply disappointing. Our vehicle was damaged during transport to their dealership by Hyundai’s own carrier, and despite having the car in their possession for two weeks, Astorg Hyundai has made no effort to provide a repair estimate, coordinate with Hyundai USA, or communicate any meaningful updates. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the oil changed and paid for the tire rotation and notice my tires were not rotated. Called and told them about it, admitted they didn’t do the service. Had to called to get my money back . Beware of this when going. They will charge you for services they will not do, unless you catch it. Makes me wonder how many times I’ve paid for services and never got them. Not very trustworthy business practices. Wish I could trust the company because I’ve had good experiences till now
Brian was exceptional and based off our interactions I essentially made the purchase without actually seeing the vehicle. I had test-driven a Santa Cruz in Florida but Astorg had a new 2026 Santa Cruz model that was optioned almost exactly to what I seeked. This would be and out of state purchase/registration. I have never done this but Brian stepped me through the process. His knowledge on the Santa Cruz was extensive as well. Tim and Pat were absolutely amazing to work with. A seamless experience. Vehicle shopping has never been more convenient and easy going!! Could not recommend these people or company more!
