My central AC stopped working during this peak summer time. I called Superior HVAC Service and they sent their technician Daniel within 2 hrs. He diagnosed the issue and suggested to replace my 20 year old AC Unit. He arranged to installed a new AC Unit on the same day. Within 4 hrs. their technician Faheem brought the AC Unit, installed and explained to me about it. I found both Daniel and Faheem very knowledgeable and I can give them 5/5. My water heater wasn't working. Set the appointment the next day and they found the issue. Changed a new water heater the same day. Very friendly, good communication and also very helpful. Service was 5 of 5.
