Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it's running and working perfectly before they left. I contacted Superior HVAC for an emergency on Family Day. They were excellent and easy to deal with. The technician who showed up was Matthew and he was great! Very honest, clear communication, clean and concise with what I needed to do and what the next steps would be. I would defiantly use them again, and would be comfortable referring Matthew.
Great service from start to finish. My water heater died after 13 years and they were able to replace it within 24hrs of me calling. Our technician, Aaron, and his colleague (sorry don't know his name) did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one. Friendly with good communication, what more can you ask. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing or HVAC.
Drew from superior was great. He was very knowledgable and genuine. During our interaction drew and the whole team were very knowledgable and thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new furnace. I would rate drew and the company 10 stars if that was an option. Thanks again guys
Superior Plumbing & Heating came to our rescue when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We thought we had a thermostat issue and replaced it, unfortunately that didn’t solve our problem. We called Superior on cold Friday night for assistance. A tech called us back in minutes and came to our home within the hour to assess the problem.
