Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it's running and working perfectly before they left. Great service from start to finish. My water heater died after 13 years and they were able to replace it within 24hrs of me calling. Our technician, Aaron, and his colleague (sorry don't know his name) did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one. Friendly with good communication, what more can you ask. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing or HVAC.
Superior Plumbing & Heating came to our rescue when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We thought we had a thermostat issue and replaced it, unfortunately that didn’t solve our problem. We called Superior on cold Friday night for assistance. A tech called us back in minutes and came to our home within the hour to assess the problem. I want share my experience with Superior Plumbing and Heating. Tyler came to inspect my furnace issue. He had an open mind and was very detailed in his review checking each area of the furnace. Did not rush and took his time to ensure my heating issue was resolved for good. Quick service at a reasonable rate.
My furnace died during the night and my house was completely cold. Daniel was the service technician who gave me the bad news that my furnace had to be replaced. He went above and beyond to get me the installation the same day. (The installation was done quickly and professionally.) Daniel and the installers were professional, compassionate and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and this company.
