Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the air conditioning installation quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept the work area clean, and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it's running and working perfectly before they left. Kurtis was very communicative with me and showed me the new system and how it works. We're very happy with the experie... read more
Overall, I had a good experience. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than anyone expected, and in the end my air conditioner needed to be replaced rather than repaired. While it was frustrating to be without A/C during an extreme heat wave, the team was responsive, kept me informed, and worked to get everything resolved. The new unit is working great, and I'm very happy with the final result. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them.
Great service from start to finish. My water heater died after 13 years and they were able to replace it within 24hrs of me calling. Our technician, Aaron, and his colleague (sorry don't know his name) did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one. Friendly with good communication, what more can you ask. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing or HVAC.
We had a problem with our furnace. I placed a phone call to Superior. To my total surprise, technicians arrived to my place within two hours. They were friendly, profesional and diagnosed the problem. Highly recommend their service.
