Our water heater started leaking Friday afternoon heading into the Thanksgiving long weekend. We had been on borrowed time with it, and wanted to switch to tankless when it gave out. I called Superior around 3pm, and they had someone to the house within a few hours to have a look. They were able to book an installation Saturday morning, and Chandler had a new tankless unit installed and running by noon. My regular plumber was not available and i needed a hot water heater on a Saturday. Michael came at 1:30, looked it over, did some test and decided a new heater was the was to go. They arrived at. 9:30 pm with a new unit and finished the install but 11:30 pm. My guests had hot showers the next morning! Very happy with their service.
