This company is refusing to refund an almost $6,000 deposit on a job that NONE of the contracted work was completed. Job had to be cancelled because no work was done, and now we must take them to small claims court to get our deposit back. We even told them if they had proof of work being completed, we would negotiate the refund amount with them but they refused the compromise.
Billed for services they didn't do.
