We recently purchased our first home, and found a beautiful Clayton brand home at this dealership. We love our Clayton mobile home, but the customer service we have experienced from Southern Homes during installation of our home has made this process a nightmare. We purchased the home without financing, explaining that we were unfamiliar with the permitting and installation process, and we were reassured by our salesman that we would receive their help throughout. I would not use them at all. If I could of went back in time I would have picked someone else. I was treated more as an employee then a customer while paying them. I wanted to save money because of the prices that were given with the set up of everything example well, septic, air ect so I got contractors to do it way lower but everytime that I would provide them wth the information something else came up to cost more money instead of them advising you upfront cost there are alot of hidden cost with buyting and moveing there ... read more
