As a renter. Superior homes never responds to texts, calls and even emails. Takes forever to get anything resolved, and or act like our concerns don't matter.

They have been handling all my properties for about five years. They are efficient and very responsive to both me and my tenants. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
Not the best at communication. Oh, well…..Ty takes care of everything for us, so that has been great! Property Management is the way to go, IMO.
