The worst place to buy a house been getting jerked around for a year and a half!!!! Cost me an extra 35000$ over what we were spending. A lot of his Contracters were bad . Trying to get the factory to come out and fix the siding on house told me would be a full tear off but came out and trying to patch it . Be careful who you get to do your house. . Champion homes is the builder. Sent an email months ago to NO ANSWERS. The only guy at the store will answer phone. Empty promises along with Champion homes.
I bought a new home from Chase Broderick he is excellent at what he does and so are his workers. He found me a nice lot in 3 months I was moved in. He went above and beyond what was needed. If you want a maufactured house go to see Chase at his Kinzers office he will get you what you need. GeorgeB

I bought my brand new home from Donnie@Superior Home. Donnie texted me updates on work being done every day. I never had to wonder what was happening. The men he sent were very efficient and wonderful, courteous workers. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a home with a family feel and a honest company.
