On time, but damaged windows and insulting. After agreeing on a price, two guys came to clean our windows. The windows are clean. However, two of the windows were damaged by the technique of opening the windows inward and cleaning which we watched them do. There was a gap in one of the windows large enough for a bee to fly through. We complained. The Owner, Borys Weiss, came by to review.
