DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. I set up an appointment with them to come clean my carpets. The lady was nice on the phone and set up a 2 hour window to come out. I moved all the furniture out of the 2 rooms they were cleaning (one was my play room which meant my kids had no toys to play with all morning) and then waited around for 3 hours for them to show.
