Couldn’t be more thankful for finding Brian to do our home inspection! Brian was very thorough in his inspection report and answered all of our concerns. Brian explained everything he found and what to watch for that could lead to potential problems in the future. He also took his time to explain how the issues can be fixed to be up to code. We have used Superior Home Inspections on three houses now and would not use any other company. They are very thorough and make sure no detail is spared. We were able to walk away from one of the houses because of their findings and so thankful we did! Ray and Brian are both very personable and knowledgeable. We received a detailed and well quality report with various pictures. An explanation went along with every picture answering any questions or doubts! 10/10 would recommend
Brian was a very kind and thorough home inspector. He inspected every bit of the home from top to bottom with great detail. He also composed a very wholesome report, which helped me with the home buying process. I would definitely recommend his services. He’s a very great guy to work with and charges a reasonable price.
