We spent over $20,000 to have a high end Bamboo Floor installed. We hired Superior Home Flooring/Home Improvements. Superior Home Flooring/Home Improvements installed a bamboo floor in my home and finished January 10, 2017. I reported to them that our floor was cupping early February 2017. I see that he moved on to the Houston area. Be aware he took a lot of peoples money in SA. Made promises that he never kept.

Superior hIred a worker who collected money on their behalf. According to Superior he cashed and kept the money for himself. The check was from a bank and made out to us and Superior. Two years have passed, the Bexar County Court found the owner responsible and ordered payment, but it has been two years and we are still out thousands of dollars. Bought some wood flooring through them online and paid an additional $100 to have it shipped. Paid for everything through paypal. I never got my flooring and never got my money back. I tried contacting them several times through phone, email and even an I message conversation through the website and still could never get a strait answer. Don't recommend.
