When communicating with home office or nursing, no follow through done. Orders are not carried out by nursing most if the time for wound care, UTI tests, medication/ diabetes education. Patients never get call backs from the office and are constantly leaving messages with no response. Administration and office staff are all related and there is no apology for errors, nor accountability. Absolutely horrible care of the patient with only $$$ in the heart.
