will never deal with again
My grandmother has a stair-lift, and it took about three months and three separate visits from professionals to get it fixed. During the process, they even dropped the stair-lift chair down the stairs, leaving scuff marks. Normally, I can excuse minor mistakes when it comes to labor, but after such a long wait for so-called "professionals," my patience has run out. This repair was long overdue and took far too much time and effort to finally be completed.
Poor customer service
Thanks so much for all your help in outfitting our house allowing us to bring my mom home from Roseview during the Covid outbreak. Very professional and hard working staff helped organize our needs, provided training and made sure that everything was ready and available.
