Horrible owner, does not train the staff just lets them go into the field.. if they have questions they are told to read the notebook.. what a joke.
I am very happy with Superior Home Health and Hospice services. their staff was wonderful. Cassandra was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with signing my mother up with hospice and the whole staff was so helpful with my sisters and I, patient with our mother who can be difficult to take care of. They were with us till the end. 4 months of patients, communication and understanding through this extremely difficult time. This is our, (me and Mom), first time using Superior Home Health and we have nothing but fantastic things to say about all of the them! Everyone has been so helpful and kind and positive, so it’s easy to say great things about this Team!! Our Superior Team includes Brent, Brittany, Kameaha, Tracy and Vivianna!! Please give them all raises!! THEY HAVE EARNED IT!!
