I had the privilege of working for this family owned home care and hospice company, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking care for a loved one. The administrator was kind and approachable, and the support staff were responsive and truly invested in making sure patients and families were supported. Andrea Havacko and her workers are all amazing! They and caring and kind. They have helped many of my family members and have talked directly to Andrea, which usually does not happen because the bosses do not talk to patients. Thank you Superior Home Care and Hospice!

Wonderful staff. Excellent patient care. HORRIBLE management by Andrea Havacko! Bad communicator. New breakdown every day. Cannot cope with or handle stress. VERY negative person who creates a tense, hostile work environment. This business is successful because of the dedicated, caring people who work here, NOT the management.

Recently my husband and I have had surgeries to repair or replacement knees, hips, shoulders etc. Superior Home Care and Hospice treated us very well. They made the transition from hospital to home as seamless as possible! Their Physical Therapists, Nurses and Office Staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. We thank you Superior Home Care and Hospice.
